Having so much fun!
Her face says it all doesn't it? She loves the swings. I love being able to share in her joy. I took muffin to the park today. Just a short trip. There were too many teenagers. I am developing a strong dislike for that she group! So obnoxious! But muffin? She didn't seem to mind their mischievous filled annoyance the way mommy did.
Uh oh! This is a bad sign!

Location, location, location!
Muffin doesn't seen to have a problem using the potty at grandma's house where her potty chair is in plain sight. So I decided to put her potty in the living room to see if we could get better results here at home. As soon as she saw it she wanted to use it...to no avail! Lol! Earlier when she pooped in her diaper we were in her room and she was making noises and patting on a bag of diapers sitting in the corner. I thought that was cool that she realized she needed to be changed. So far she has sat on the potty 4 times in about 10 minutes. No pee yet. But, she is wearing training pants so we'll see!
An update...
Muffin did go potty...right down her leg! So much for those training pants. She was soaked! Even her socks! Gross. She didn't seem to notice though.
Well...She just really LOVES the Avacado!
Muffin and I walked up to the farm market today. She likes to hold stuff while we walk around and shop, so today I handed her an avocado. She loves avocado. I don't know that she knows that the avocado in it's whole skin on state is the same green cubes that she loves to eat. She's also got a real thing with putting stuff in her mouth...and even more so when she is teething like she is now. We got up to the check out and I went to take it from her and realized she had been eating the avocado! SKIN AND ALL! Yeack! I said something to her about not eating it yet, and she stuck her tongue out for me to take the skin off of it. Weirdo. But all of the hens that were standing around got a good cluck out of it!

Muffin has the Croup!
Tuesday night Muffin came down with the Croup! Not too terribly, but enough to keep her up from 12:45am till about 4:30am...demanding to be held sitting up. Unfortunately for Daddy, Daddy is who she wanted, not Momma. So, he sat up with her in bed for almost 4 hours and tried to sleep himself. It was a rough night. So, yesterday we took her to the doctor. She seems to be feeling better today. She's playing and being happy. She never did get a fever, and so far (knock on wood) her cough isn't severe. She seems markedly better today. I'm supposed to get her outside (I guess it helps with the cough) so we'll be going for a walk in a bit, maybe a jaunt to the park or shopping. She weighs 24lbs now. Daddy guessed that last week. Right on the nose! So this is Muffin & Daddy, waiting to be called back. She's eating a breadstick with the new molars she picked up last week! 3 ALL AT ONCE!! Last Thursday wasn't a very good day for her!
